Hope Was Here

Hope Was Here is a great book, it shows the struggles of a young girl left by both parents in the care of her aunt. While traveling around the USA working at resturants as a waitress and her aunt the main cook she ends up in a place she thought would never be possible... Wisonsin! She finds confort in friends to try to help the local owner of the resturant they are working at become mayor against this know it all, that know one likes. In the end she gains countless friends and losses someone great that just came into her life! To find out more you will have to read the book Hope Was Here.

Someone Named Eva

"Someone Named Eva" by Joan M. Wolf is an outstanding book. It is about the past history when Hitler had all the power in the world. This book is about a little girl who gets taken away from her family and then they get split up. Back then the men and women got taken away from their loved ones. She finds that life is harder then she thought it was. It is a struggle to reunite her whole family back together. But in the end she finally gets what she deservers, justice for her family. Eva has to try her hardest with all the new things she is being taught, and not to mess up. But, in the end she is reunited with someone. But who will it be? You will have to read more to find out the ending.
